IT is always terrific when knowing people (specifically my friends) in Semarang do something new, something different, and if I could use my friend’s words; do something awesome, on somewhat they concern about.

Last week, on Thursday (26th June), one of a great hairstylist from Semarang, Lie Kuang, has just launched his new salon concept. From “Lie Kuang Salon”, to “Lie Kuang & Co.”. A creative salon. In Semarang. He said that behind every man’s success, there must be a great team in it. And his successful until today, won’t be possible without his creative team. Besides, he would show (and already prove) to everyone, that the source of trendsetter is not always came from the capital city. People outside the capital city, could be the trendsetter too, by creating something outstanding and cutting edge. Related to this, he introduce a soft ombre hairstyle, his latest creation.

The grand opening divided in two sessions. First, at 10 am on his salon, by letting the guests tried some treatments. This also as a launch for Kerastase Institute in his salon, which is the finest in Asia. You will see how remarkable his new interior, on my next post. (Very soon!). Second, at 2 pm on The Vee Ballroom Semarang. Served a talk show and hair demo. Hair do by Lie Kuang & Co., wardrobe by Yogie Pratama and the show presented by L’Oreal Professionel. This was not just regarding a re-name. This was about a sophisticated transform. Well, change is good, aight?
